Mr. Akpowene Jude Kakpovbia, popularly known as KAKPO, has celebrated Mr. Monday R. Okoro, Founder and Managing Director of MRO Energy Limited, over the company’s milestone in securing regulatory approval for a 10,000-barrel-per-day refinery project at Imode, Ughelli, Delta State.
Reflecting on the significance of the project, KAKPO described the development as a commendable step towards strengthening Nigeria’s domestic refining capacity and attracting investment to Ughelli.

As a proud member of the Government College Ughelli Old Boys Association, I am particularly delighted to see a project of this magnitude associated with Ughelli. It is a development that deserves recognition and encouragement.
