Delta Assembly Leader and Chairman, Nigeria Majority Leaders’ Forum earns another professional distinction
ABUJA, SEPTEMBER 9, 2026 — The Leader of the Delta State House of Assembly and Chairman of the Nigeria Majority Leaders’ Forum, Hon. Engr. Emeka Nwaobi, PhD, has been admitted as a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Water Engineers (NIWE), in recognition of his professional experience, leadership contributions and distinguished service to the engineering profession.
The Fellowship, one of the highest professional recognitions bestowed by the Institution, was conferred on Hon. Engr. Nwaobi on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at a ceremony held in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
His admission followed the successful fulfilment of the rigorous requirements stipulated by the Institution, including demonstrated professional competence and experience, contributions to the advancement of the profession, leadership, and good character.
