The Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures in Nigeria and Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has congratulated the member representing Isoko South 2 Constituency, Hon. (Dr) Ferguson Onwo KSC, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Nkem Nwaeke, Rt. Hon. Guwor described the celebrant as a committed lawmaker whose contributions to legislative duties and constituency development have continued to add value to governance in Delta State.
The Speaker on behalf of his family and the Delta State House of Assembly, heartily rejoiced with Hon Onwo on the diamond jubilee celebration, a milestone he said is worthy of recognition and celebrating.
Rt Hon Guwor explained that attaining the 60 years is a testament to God’s grace, wisdom, and a life dedicated to service.
He noted that Hon Onwo’s dedication to quality representation and the wellbeing of his people is commendable, and urged him to maintain the pace as constituents expect him to do even more.
The Speaker prayed for God’s continued blessings, sound health, and wisdom for the celebrant, and wished him many more years of impactful service to God and humanity.
