This evening, Hon. Prince Emeka Osamuta, Member representing Ndokwa East Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, alongside his wife, Mrs. Patience Dodo Osamuta, hosted members of the Cross River State House of Assembly at their residence in Asaba, Delta State.
The delegation, led by the Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon. Sylvester Agabi, the Leader, Rt. Hon. Bassey Asuquo, and the Chief Whip, Rt. Hon. Hilary Bisong, PhD, was in town for the APC South-South Congress. Also present was the Commissioner for Environment, Bayelsa State, Hon. Ebi Ololo.

Following the Congress, the visiting lawmakers were treated to a sumptuous intercontinental dinner at Hon. Osamuta’s residence within the House of Assembly Quarters.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Rt. Hon. Bassey Asuquo expressed deep appreciation for the warm reception and hospitality extended to them. He further assured Hon. Osamuta of a reciprocal gesture whenever he visits Cross River State.
In his response, Hon. Osamuta thanked the delegation for honoring his invitation and reaffirmed his commitment to fostering stronger ties, promising to visit them in Cross River State in due course.
Also present at the gathering were Hon. Barr. Marilyn Okowa-Daramola (Member representing Ika North-East), Hon. Jimmy Idiovwa (APC Leader, Ughelli North), several aides to Hon. Osamuta, as well as members of the Ndoshimili Progressive Youths. The youth delegation was led by Comrade Lucky Onyia (NPY National Coordinator), Comrade Clinton Omokaro Iliromah (NPY National Secretary), Comrade Don Jazzy (NPY Coordinator, Ward 8), and Comrade Joe Dimaro (Deputy Coordinator, NPY Ward 5).
