The Leader of the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Engr. Emeka Emmanuel Nwaobi, Ph.D, has extended warm congratulations to the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, on his election as Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of the state legistures in Nigeria.
Hon. Nwaobi described the election of Rt. Hon. Guwor as well-deserved, noting that it is a clear testament to his exemplary leadership qualities, legislative experience and unwavering commitment to democratic governance.
According to the House Leader, Rt. Hon. Guwor is a distinguished personality with the capacity, vision and integrity required to effectively steer the affairs of the Conference of Speakers of the state legistures in Nigeria at this critical time in the nation’s democratic journey.
