It was heartwarming today for Delta State Deputy Governor, His Excellency, Sir Monday Onyeme, FCA, to lead members of the Delta State Economic Team on a facility inspection at Delta Wire Industries, located within the Delta Special Economic Zone (Kwale Industrial Park) in Ndokwa West LGA.
The industry is set to commence operations soon. According to CEO Mr. Osaro Abusomwan. Delta Wire Industries will create at least 1,000 jobs once fully operational.
The Deputy Governor expressed satisfaction with the progress, noting that the Industrial Park will host at least six industries. He highlighted that the Kwale Gas Gathering Facility and Nedogas Processing Plant, already operational within the park, are processing natural gas for both domestic supply and export.
This development not only creates employment opportunities but also enhances energy security in the country. With at least four more industries expected to set up operations in the park, the prospects for economic growth and job creation in Delta State look promising.
