The Falcons produced a memorable comeback in Rabat to beat host nation Morocco 3–2 in the final, sealing a record-extending 10th WAFCON crown.
According to the Nigeria Football Federation, the 10-time African champions are scheduled to land at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport by midday, with a hero’s welcome and a celebratory parade planned across key parts of the Federal Capital Territory.
The NFF also confirmed plans for an open-roof bus parade, with the players and technical crew expected to move through strategic routes including Airport Road, Berger Junction, Maitama and Wuse Market before heading to the Presidential Villa to meet with President Tinubu.
