Hon. Alfred Martins has congratulated the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, on his election as Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria (CSSLN).
In a personally signed statement, Hon. Martins commended the Speaker’s sterling leadership qualities, integrity, and dedication to service, describing his emergence as a well-deserved recognition of his outstanding performance. He noted that Rt. Hon. Guwor has consistently distinguished himself among his peers through competence, capacity, and exemplary conduct.
Hon. Martins prayed for divine wisdom, strength, and enablement for the Speaker to successfully pilot the affairs of the Conference during his tenure, stressing that his ability to deliver on the mandate is undeniable. According to him, “The capacity, competence, and charisma of Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor to discharge this responsibility effectively are evident to all. Indeed, the reward for hard work is more work.”
He further congratulated the people of Delta State for producing a worthy son in the person of Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, whose leadership continues to bring honour to the state at the national level.
Hon. Alfred Martins, who represents Warri North Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, also serves as the Deputy Chief Whip of the House.
