Member representing Ughelli North Constituency II in the Delta State House of Assembly Hon. Barr. Obokpare Spencer Ohwofa has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on winning the Governor of the Year 2025 award by Leadership Newspapers.
In a statement, Hon Spencer praised Governor Oborevwori’s exceptional leadership and commitment to the development of Delta State.
“Governor Oborevwori’s dedication to improving the lives of the people of Delta State is truly inspiring,” he said.
