The Honourable Commissioner for Energy, Delta State, Engr Michael Anoka, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Honourable Commissioner for Higher Education Delta State, Prof. Nyerhovwo Tonukari, describing him as a renowned scholar, seasoned administrator, and distinguished public servant whose impact on academics and educational development in the state remains outstanding.
In a congratulatory message made available to journalists on Saturday, Engr. Anoka commended Prof. Tonukari for his remarkable achievements in the academic world, noting that his excellence as a Professor of Molecular Biotechnology has continued to reflect in his leadership and policy direction in government.
According to him, Prof. Tonukari has consistently deployed his vast intellectual capacity, wealth of experience, and research-driven mindset in the discharge of his responsibilities as Honourable Commissioner for Higher Education, contributing significantly to the growth, stability, and repositioning of tertiary education in the state.
