The Honourable Commissioner for Urban Renewal Delta State, Engr. Michael Anoka FNSE, has extended warm birthday wishes to the immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Deacon Kingsley Otuaro, on his 57th birthday today.
Anoka praised Deacon Otuaro for his exceptional leadership and dedication to empowering young people, describing him as a true elder statesman.
