In a felicitation message to Mrs Oseji, he said her enviable track record in service, and immense contributions to the growth of medical practice as a consultant public health physician in Nigeria, as well as her work experience for over two decades justified her appointment.

Mr Anthony Ugbolue, the Chairman of Delta State Procurement Officers Forum, expressed appreciation to the state governor, His Excellency Rt. Hon, Elder Sheriff Oborevwori for giving women yet another unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of the state at the highest level in civil service.
